How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, enter your username on the Sign In page, select Forgot Password? on the following page to reset your password.

1. Input your username and birthdate

2. Select to receive an activation code to you either via email, text, or voice call

3. Once the code has been provided back to us, you can start setting up your new password!
